If you have 2+ years of experience in a dental office, become a full-time Dental Office Administrator with Dental West NYC in New York, NY today!

In this role, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact: welcome patients, manage check-in
  • Answer and route calls
  • Schedule/confirm appointments using established dental scheduling flow
  • Accurately post payments; keep records organized and complete
  • Maintain a clean, orderly reception area
  • Coordinate with the clinical team to keep daily operations on track
  • Ensure each patient's visit is smooth, supportive, and well‑managed

What we need from you:

  • 2+ years of dental front desk experience

  • Proficiency with dental software (Denticon is a plus)
  • A proactive, patient-first mindset
