Job description

A fast-growing kitchen, bath, and interior design company is looking for a talented Design Center Coordinator to join our team immediately. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about design, enjoys working directly with clients, and wants to grow with a dynamic and expanding company.

We are seeking an executive-minded design professional to captain our department—someone who pairs a sharp eye for beautiful, functional spaces with the leadership skill to mentor a team and deliver an unforgettable homebuyer experience.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between the design team, sales, and construction to ensure selections are accurate, uploaded on time, and seamlessly executed in the field.

  • Trend & Inventory Management: Keep the Design Center ahead of market trends, managing vendor relationships to ensure our offerings are both current and profitable.

What We Are Looking For

  • The Strategist: A problem-solver who can handle high-pressure situations with grace, resolve client concerns effortlessly, and optimize department workflows.

  • The Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal skills—you can connect equally well with an anxious first-time homebuyer, a seasoned subcontractor, and executive leadership.
