About this RoleDigco Utility, a subsidiary of Quanta Services, is hiring Natural Gas Service Technicians to support increasing field operations for CenterPoint Energy. This role includes reconnecting natural gas service, performing meter maintenance, assisting with outage response, and ensuring Digco's high safety standards in the field.Digco will provide complete training, tools, PPE, and the certifications required to work as a qualified field technician.What You'll Do
  • Reconnect natural gas service safely and according to CenterPoint procedures
  • Perform meter maintenance and document work via mobile device
  • Communicate professionally with customers
  • Follow all Digco and Quanta safety standards
  • Complete all work orders, photos, and job notes accurately
  • Travel when needed to support outages and special projects
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions
What You'll Bring
  • Must pass drug test

  • No felonies (CenterPoint compliance requirement)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to work outside year-round
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Willingness to travel for outages/emergency support
