As a Manager, Product Architect on the Product Engineering team, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving accountability for customer and business outcomes by designing and delivering AI/ML and GenAI solutions for complex product challenges
  • Serving as the technical architect for assigned products, with responsibility for architecture blueprints, high-level solution design, nonfunctional requirements, and integration into the broader technology landscape
  • Providing hands-on engineering leadership through design reviews, code reviews, technical issue resolution, engineering quality practices, and technology debt reduction
  • Partnering with product, experience, delivery, infrastructure, and security teams to align architecture decisions with business goals, customer needs, feasibility, and usability

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience leading and delivering large-scale machine learning initiatives, including production model deployment and monitoring
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python, Structured Query Language, and PySpark on Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform
  • 2+ years of experience with prompt engineering and integrating large language models such as GPT, BERT, or Llama into business processes
  • Experience designing software and product architecture using object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and architecture artifacts such as sequence, activity, state, entity relationship, and data flow diagrams
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Advanced degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
  • Experience building and deploying natural language processing, natural language understanding, natural language generation, or deep learning solutions in production

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,100 to $232,300.
