Who We Want
We're seeking a Business Development Manager to develop and grow business within the assigned DFW region. You bring 3-5 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience and an active, transferable book of business within one or more of the following verticals:
  • Medical & Healthcare
  • Commercial Real Estate & Property Management (office/industrial)
  • Hospitality & Multifamily
  • Insurance, Risk, and Large Loss Adjusters

This role is ideal for someone who builds trust quickly, manages a disciplined sales pipeline, and takes full ownership of activity, revenue, and results.
What You'll Do
  • Strategically execute sales and marketing initiatives based on market research and target accounts
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and expand opportunities within assigned verticals
  • Represent Mooring at trade shows, industry events, and client-facing meetings
  • Collaborate with marketing on sales collateral, promotions, and client events
  • Maintain accurate daily CRM activity, pipeline updates, and reporting
  • Track industry trends, competitive activity, and market intelligence
  • Secure new Master Service Agreements and expand existing client relationships
  • Partner closely with leadership to deliver solutions aligned to client needs

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of proven B2B or external field sales experience
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel preferred)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience selling into insurance, commercial real estate, healthcare, hospitality, or risk-related industries
