Job description

Here at Natural Creations, we take pride in providing consistent, high-quality landscape services with a dependable service commitment. A brighter future is in your hands if your passion is the outdoors! We’re currently seeking a Crew Member. The Crew Member is responsible for safely and efficiently producing quality landscape service that meets or exceeds the standards of clients and management.

What you'll do:

  • Work in small teams to maintain some of the most beautiful high-end residential and commercial properties in our community
  • Earn rewards and incentives for attendance and referrals

Minimum Requirements:

  • Participation in pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Available to work some Saturdays and overtime as needed during peak season
  • Willing and able to work outdoors in adverse conditions all year
  • Able to provide own transportation to and from work



We offer $1,000 signing bonuses to applicants with driver's licenses and are insurable through our insurance provider!

Job Type: Full-time
