Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC equipment for production runsGenerate or troubleshoot CNC programs as neededInspect parts using measuring tools and adjust machines as requiredMake tooling changes and modify tool geometry when necessaryPerform light machine maintenance (oil, grease, etc.)Keep your work area clean and well-organizedWork independently and uphold company quality standards Required Skills and Attributes:Self-motivated with the ability to work with little or no supervisionKnowledge of G and M codeExperience with Mazatrol, Mastercam or Fanuc controls helpfulAbility to read and interpret blueprintsSkilled in the use of micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments Physical Requirements:Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periodsCapable of lifting and carrying trays or materials up to 50 lbs.
