  • Foster strategic partnerships that expand EA's capabilities and create new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to annual business planning, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Mentor emerging leaders, support pursuit teams, and help strengthen EA's culture of technical excellence and collaboration.

What You Bring:

  • Proven ability to develop national growth strategies and lead complex pursuits from opportunity identification through contract award.
  • Experience managing programs, projects, and multidisciplinary teams within a consulting environment.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% to support clients, pursuits, and collaboration across EA's offices.

  • Recognized expertise in one or more natural resources disciplines such as wetland science, ecology, fisheries, wildlife biology, ecosystem restoration, wildfire management, or related specialties.
  • Strong capture management, proposal leadership, and strategic planning experience.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage technical experts, executives, and clients alike.
  • Demonstrated success helping clients develop practical, innovative, and cost-effective environmental solutions.
  • A collaborative leadership style with a passion for mentoring others and advancing organizational growth.
