The candidate will support scientific, operational, and regulatory reporting needs by developing actionable insights, maintaining reporting environments, and enabling informed decision-making across Patient Safety (PS).

The role reports to the Associate Director, PV Analytics Center of Excellence and requires strong technical expertise combined with the ability to work cross-functionally and independently deliver high-quality analytics.

This is a 40-hour per week, 12-month contract (extensions possible), 50% onsite role at the clientโ€™s office in Lawrenceville, NJ/ Madison, NJ/ New Brunswick, NJ. Work Schedule: Mon-Fri โ€“ Standard Hours

This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities:

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and continuously improve analytics models and dashboards to provide insights into efficiency, quality, KPIs, and stakeholder feedback
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting databases and analytics applications (SAP Business Objects, Power BI, SQL environments, and others)
  • Independently build, modify, and troubleshoot reports and dashboards (hands-on execution required)
  • Utilize internal systems and tools to streamline data retrieval and reduce manual processes
  • Aggregate, query, and analyze data to generate actionable insights and answer key business questions
  • Run recurring and ad hoc reports and present findings to leadership and stakeholders
  • Support monthly reporting and quarterly business reviews (activities, outcomes, trends)
  • Analyze stakeholder feedback/complaints and collaborate with functional leads to propose solutions
  • Ensure data integrity, traceability, and accuracy throughout the data lifecycle
  • Support validation activities including creation of validation plans, test scripts, and summary reports
  • Contribute to process improvement, innovation initiatives, and reporting enhancements
  • Provide metric reporting and analytics support for GBDS/Patient Safety initiatives

Requirements:

  • Must have advanced Power BI expertise (3โ€“4+ years of hands-on experience)
  • Strong dashboard development and data modeling capabilities
  • Must have advanced SQL skills (advanced querying and data manipulation).
  • Experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting reports independently
  • Able to maintain data integrity, support validation documentation, and deliver clear insights to stakeholders
  • Comfortable working across multiple reporting tools and adapting to evolving platforms
  • Pharmacovigilance/Drug Safety analytics experience is highly preferred
  • Strong PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Skills
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree is required.
