What You’ll Do

As a Facilities and Maintenance Manager, you will:

  • Manage daily facility and maintenance operations.
  • Supervise maintenance staff and contractors.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance programs and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and licensing requirements.
  • Coordinate facility improvements, renovations, and capital projects.
  • Manage departmental budgets, inventory, and vendor contracts.
  • Respond to facility emergencies and operational issues.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.

Qualifications
