What You'll Do

As an Inspector/FPI Trainee, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of precision aerospace components. Your attention to detail helps ensure only products meeting the highest quality standards reach our customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform receiving, in-process, and final visual inspections on aerospace components.
  • Verify materials and parts match work orders and engineering specifications.
  • Inspect incoming shipments and confirm accuracy against purchase orders and documentation.
  • Use precision measuring tools and visual inspection techniques to verify product quality.
  • Identify non-conforming materials and communicate findings to appropriate personnel.
  • Complete inspection reports, quality records, and production documentation accurately.
  • Work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve quality concerns.
  • Support continuous improvement, safety, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
