Clinical Solutions National Delivery Manager ULS, NAR
The Clinical Solutions National Delivery Manager leads the North American Ultrasound clinical education delivery organization, driving large-scale education and adoption programs that support exceptional customer outcomes and long-term success. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across professional and clinical education services, ensuring successful execution of complex programs while advancing customer satisfaction, quality, operational excellence, and financial performance.
The position leads a team of clinical education professionals and partners closely with senior leadership, product development, sales, customer success, services, and global education stakeholders to align business objectives with customer needs. Through strong cross-functional collaboration and team leadership, this role helps shape and deliver impactful education solutions that drive customer adoption and business growth.
Your role:
  • Lead the execution of large-scale clinical education and adoption programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while delivering exceptional customer experiences and outcomes.
  • Oversee multiple clinical modality teams, authorizing high-impact customer projects, managing escalations, and ensuring readiness through validation of contractual, financial, and operational requirements.
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies that leverage feedback, continuous improvement, and quality management practices to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and service excellence.
  • Partner with senior leaders, product development teams, and global education stakeholders to influence innovative education solutions that address evolving customer and market needs.
  • Drive operational and financial performance through effective budget management, physician speaker oversight, resource optimization, risk mitigation, KPI management, and talent development.
  • Manages course offerings to achieve seat-fill financial and operational goals. AND Manages physician speaker sourcing, relationships, performance, and costs.

You're the right fit if:
  • You've acquired 5+ years of leadership experience in business operations, clinical education, customer success, healthcare services, or a related field, including experience leading teams and managing complex cross-functional programs. Experience within Ultrasound or Medical Imaging is strongly preferred.
  • Your skills include strategic planning, program and project management, change management, continuous improvement, stakeholder management, budget management, resource planning and allocation, KPI management, risk assessment, and people leadership. Bonus skills include quality management systems, customer success methodologies, and physician faculty management.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Education, Clinical Sciences, or a related field; MBA preferred. Clinical certifications such as Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS), and adult education certifications such as Certified Association Executive (CAE) or Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTM) are preferred.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Clinical position.
  • You're an influential and collaborative leader with strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for developing talent, driving customer success, and delivering measurable business results in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Experience applying AI tools and technologies to address business needs, improve productivity, and support strategic initiatives.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
This is a Field role. Must be willing to travel including overnights. (30%)

The pay range for this position in AL, AZ, AR, CO, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, MN, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, or WY is $117,000 to $186,000
The pay range for this position in AK, HI, MD, MN, and RI is $123,000 to $195,300
The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, NJ, NY, or WA is $131,000 to $208,32
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
