As we continue to grow, we are looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our production team in Pickens, SC.

Position Summary

Bridge Brothers is hiring a Decking Assembly Technician to support the assembly and installation of bridge decking systems and related bridge components in our fabrication facility.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with basic carpentry, construction, assembly, or manufacturing experience who enjoys working with tools and being part of a fast-paced production environment.

Candidates with backgrounds in carpentry, framing, construction, general labor, assembly, manufacturing, fencing, decking, or installation work are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and install bridge decking materials and components
  • Use hand tools, power tools, drills, saws, and other shop equipment safely
  • Read tape measures and follow layouts or shop instructions
  • Assist with bridge assembly, material movement, and final fit-up
  • Work closely with fabrication and production teams to complete projects efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Follow all company safety and quality standards
  • Support additional production and shop activities as needed
Qualifications
  • Basic carpentry, construction, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to work in a physically active shop environment
  • Forklift or material handling experience is a plus, but not required
