Job description

We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen relationships with key national accounts across North America. This role is responsible for developing strategic account plans, mentoring territory sales representatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting revenue goals. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our market presence and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • - Develop and manage strategic account plans for national customers.
  • - Build, nurture, and expand relationships with existing and new accounts.
  • - Collaborate with Territory Sales Representatives, providing mentorship and support for local customer acquisition.
  • - Promote our full range of solutions including new and used machines, spare parts, maintenance, financing, and training services.
  • - Manage the full sales process from account setup and proposals to delivery, collections, and issue resolution.
  • - Participate in marketing initiatives such as trade shows, events, and promotional campaigns.
  • - Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce) to track activity, pipeline, and customer engagement.
Qualifications
  • - Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • - 10+ years of sales experience, preferably within the MEWP (Mobile Elevating Work Platform) or heavy equipment industry.
  • - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • - Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • - Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • - Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a demanding travel schedule (75% North America travel required).
