We currently manage a portfolio of 27 communities and more than 7,000 apartment homes throughout the Northeast.

About the Role

Rose Valley Management is seeking a National Accounts Manager to build, lead, and optimize our National Accounts program across our managed portfolio.

This is a highly visible role that combines vendor management, procurement, revenue generation, contract negotiation, and operational execution. You will negotiate portfolio-wide vendor partnerships, oversee resident ancillary programs, and identify opportunities to reduce costs and generate new revenue streams while enhancing the resident experience.

Working closely with the President, VP of Property Management, Accounting Team, and Regional Managers, you will help drive measurable financial results across the organization.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and manage portfolio-wide preferred vendor partnerships.
  • Negotiate pricing, rebate, revenue-share, and service agreements.
Oversee key programs including:
  • Utility billing
  • Renter’s insurance
  • Maintenance supply rebates
  • Collections services
  • Package management
  • Smart-home services
  • Parking and storage programs
  • Coordinate vendor setup and implementation for new and transitioning communities.
  • Maintain vendor contracts, renewals, and compliance tracking.
  • Monitor program performance and ensure communities maximize participation.
  • Review competitive bids and leverage market pricing to improve vendor terms.
  • Partner with Regional Managers and site teams to drive adoption and compliance.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports tracking revenue, participation, rebates, and savings.
  • Manage vendor transitions when communities enter or exit management.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in multifamily operations, procurement, vendor management, ancillary revenue, or related field.
  • Proven success negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to evaluate opportunities and present business cases.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience with AppFolio strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
