Their goal is to engage audiences by delivering compelling and meaningful narratives.

What are the typical collaboration processes for narrative designers within a game development team?

Job description

We're building a category. Not following one. This is your chance to help define Intelligent Print Automation and what it means for the future of enterprise infrastructure.

Vasion is $100M ARR and accelerating. We're cloud-native, enterprise-grade, and growing fast but we're still early enough that what you build here will shape what this company becomes.

We're creating a new category: Intelligent Print Automation. A billion-dollar blind spot in enterprise infrastructure that intersects zero trust security, dark data, and AI-powered workflow automation. We need a VP of Product Marketing who can help build this next phase in the company's growth.

This is not a polish-and-publish role. This is a build-it-from-the-blueprint role. You'll own the narrative that drives revenue, the positioning that wins deals, and influence the GTM engine that fuels our next phase of growth, globally.

Who We’re Looking For

You're equal parts strategist and storyteller. You've built product marketing organizations from the ground up, not just inherited them. You know the difference between a positioning statement that sounds good in a deck and one that actually moves buyers. You've launched products that changed how a market thinks, not just what a company says.

You're fluent in the AI era. You understand how AI is reshaping buyer expectations, commercial models, and how enterprise SaaS gets discovered, evaluated, and sold. You preferably work with CIO’s, CISO and Technology Decision Makers.

And critically, you move fast. You have the judgment to make bold calls with imperfect information, the conviction to back them, and the credibility to rally cross‑functional teams behind them.

What You’ll Own

Category Creation and Market Narrative

  • Own Vasion's Intelligent Print Automation narrative end-to-end; positioning, messaging, and the category story that earns attention from buyers, analysts, press, and partners.
  • Lead analyst relations across Gartner, IDC, Quocirca, and Forrester, with the ambition to make Vasion a named leader.
  • Shape how the market understands the convergence of print infrastructure, dark data, and zero trust security.

GTM Strategy and Execution

  • Lead high‑velocity, high‑impact product launches (new capabilities, platform expansions, partner integrations) with precision orchestration across Product, Sales, Growth, and Partners.
  • Build and own messaging frameworks that work across verticals (Government/FedRAMP, Healthcare, Manufacturing, SMB) and across the full funnel.
  • Partner with Product and Pricing to shape commercial strategy; packaging, bundling, and how AI changes what customers value and how they pay for it.
  • Design repeatable GTM infrastructure that scales and even promotions.

Sales Enablement and Revenue Impact

  • Build the sales enablement programs that close deals i.e. competitive battlecards, ROI frameworks, impact studies, persona‑level messaging, and objection‑handling tools that the field actually uses.
  • Work directly with the CRO and sales leadership to align on segment priorities, demo and technical asset support, and deal‑level narrative support.
  • Own win/loss intelligence and translate it into positioning improvements and enablement updates on a fast cadence.

Team and Org Leadership

  • Lead and grow a global team of Product Marketers, building a culture of customer obsession, analytical rigor, cross team momentum and fast iteration.
  • Establish the structure and standards that make Product Marketing a competitive advantage at Vasion.
  • Serve as a key cross‑functional executive, operating as a peer to Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership.

Customer and Market Intelligence

  • Build an always‑on insight engine for customers and usage i.e. customer interviews, win/loss analysis, competitive monitoring, and analyst engagement. These insights inform both product roadmap and marketing strategy.
  • Champion the voice of the customer inside Vasion, ensuring our roadmap of case studies.
How You’ll Measure Success
  • Pipeline influenced by Product Marketing‑led programs and launches
  • Win rate improvement in target segments, tied to competitive and messaging work
  • Platform adoption and expansion revenue from existing customers
  • Analyst ranking movement i.e. named presence in key reports
  • Sales enablement utilization and deal impact (tracked through Seismic)
  • GTM launches delivered on time, on strategy, with measurable outcomes
  • 15+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with a track record at companies scaling past $100M ARR
  • 7+ years leading and scaling Product Marketing teams notably you know how to recruit, develop, and retain top PMM talent
  • Proven category creation or category leadership experience
  • Fluency in AI‑driven GTM. You understand how AI is changing buyer behavior, product packaging, and the commercial model for enterprise software
  • Deep cross‑functional credibility. You've operated as a true peer to Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership
  • Analyst relations experience with Gartner, IDC, Forrester, or equivalent. You know how to move a company's position in a report
  • Experience marketing to technical and business buyers simultaneously. You can write a CIO brief and a sysadmin one‑pager with equal conviction
  • Comfort with ambiguity and speed. You thrive in fast‑moving environments, make good decisions without perfect information, and iterate without losing strategic direction
  • Flexible work environment
  • Discretionary Vacation Bonus
  • Flexible paid time off
  • Paid parental leave
  • Competitive pay
  • A full suite of traditional benefits
  • Training/Advancement opportunities
  • 401k with company match and immediate vesting
  • Financial wellness education
  • Company‑contributed HSA
  • Mental Wellness Support
  • Onsite perks include gym, pickleball, snacks & drinks, arcade, theater room, etc.
Our Core Values

Vasion looks for people who will exemplify its four core values and are driven to become:

  • Disruptive Visionaries: Our customers are the heroes, and our role is to be a guide on their journey, truly listening and identifying the needs and wants of our customers.
