Circle is looking for a seasoned leader to join its Investor Relations department.

You will serve as a key leader within Circle's investor relations function, partnering closely with the VP of Investor Relations, CFO, and executive leadership to shape and communicate Circle's investment narrative. This role requires deep expertise in capital markets, strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, and the ability to translate complex business, financial, and industry dynamics into clear, compelling messaging for investors and analysts. You will play a critical role in managing investor relationships, supporting public company communications, and building the infrastructure needed to operate a best-in-class investor relations program in a fast-evolving and highly visible market.

What you'll work on:

  • Partner with the VP, Investor Relations, CFO, and broader leadership team to develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with sell side analysts and buy side investors.

  • Develop a deep understanding of analyst and investor perceptions of Circle, synthesizing market feedback to inform messaging and engagement strategy

  • Maintaining and enhancing Circle's own valuation models.

  • Develop strong company and sector expertise to understand strategic, operational and financial developments at Circle, as well as the evolving financial services, digital assets, and regulatory landscape.

  • Support the development of Circle's ongoing investment narrative and the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, conference presentations, management briefings and other relevant public company communications.

  • Own earnings process logistics, ensuring seamless coordination internally, with external vendors, and across our investment community.

  • Leading the continued development of investor relations reporting infrastructure

  • Build cross-functional relationships across Communications, Strategy/Policy, Legal, Marketing, Product and other teams whose work informs Circle's external positioning and investor narrative.

What you'll bring to Circle:

  • 10+ years of experience in finance, with a strong track record in strategy/financial analysis.

  • 5+ years of specific experience in investor relations or related areas (investment banking, sell side research, buy side portfolio management) preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, Master's degree preferred.

  • High level understanding of financial statements and models including valuation models.

  • Demonstrated understanding of capital markets, particularly equities.

  • Experience and understanding of disclosure and other regulatory obligations of a public financial services company.

  • Articulate communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to think both tactically and strategically.

  • Experience working confidently with senior management.

  • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.

Base Pay Range: $185,000-$237,500
