Housekeeper - Napa Post Acute

About the Role

As a Housekeeper, you'll play a vital role in keeping our facility clean, sanitary, and comfortable for our residents, staff, and visitors. Your work directly contributes to the health, safety, and well-being of those in our care.

Pay & Schedule

  • $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
  • Full-time
  • Non-exempt position

What You'll Do

  • Clean and maintain lobbies, restrooms, common areas, and floors
  • Clean and sanitize resident rooms and bathrooms regularly
  • Wipe down handrails, mirrors, windows, light fixtures, and dispensers
  • Empty trash cans and replace liners
  • Sweep and mop floors throughout the facility
  • Follow safety protocols, including proper signage and secure chemical storage
  • Operate cleaning equipment safely and according to manufacturer instructions
  • Keep housekeeping carts and supply areas clean and organized
  • Report safety concerns to your supervisor right away
  • Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude

What We're Looking For

  • Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is a plus, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements
