Are you someone that enjoys working with people, enjoys variety, and being part of a growing team? Then PleasureLand RV Center/Napa is the place for you! We have been ensuring customer satisfaction and helping people select the right auto parts for their needs since 1971.


Position:


PleasureLand RV Center / NAPA is currently looking for a full time Parts Sales associate to work out of our Napa store at our West Salem, WI location. We are looking for someone who is looking to help our organization continue to prosper and grow. This position provides all around outstanding customer service both in person and by phone. This person will help our customers through the entire sales process, including determining the correct merchandise to meet customers needs while maintaining inventory and the Napa store floor.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide a positive and informational parts experience for our customers by answering questions about products and helping find the correct merchandise to meet their needs.
  • Process sales including entering orders, pulling product from inventory, scheduling and completing deliveries.
  • Maintain the organization of the Napa sales floor, delivery area, and warehouse by restocking and maintaining cleanliness while assisting in the flow of merchandise from stock areas to the sales floor in a timely manner.
  • Build a professional relationship with customers based on honesty, integrity, and industry leading product knowledge. Your goal is to be their main contact when it comes to their parts needs.
  • Willingness to continually expand product knowledge through in house and factory training programs
