Front Desk Agent Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Hotel Front Desk Agent with excellent customer service skills. As a first point of contact with our guest, you must be well-groomed, presentable, and have a pleasing personality to manage all aspects of the guests' accommodation and needs.

·         Checking-in guests on arrival and checking out on departure.

·         Posting charges to appropriate guest accounts.

·         Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

·         Complying with company procedures and safety policies.

·         Performing duties on a daily checklist

·         working with all the hotel staff as a team player to get any guest issues resolved.

·         Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner

·         Assist with front desk duties such as answering phone calls, making reservations, and assisting guests with inquiries.

·         Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

·         Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift 30 lbs.

Must have flexible availability.

Bi-lingual is a plus
