Charlotte's Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in Myers Park in finding a Full-Time Nanny for their newborn and 2-year-old. The nanny would be needed on Monday, 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm; Tuesday - Thursday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm; and Friday, 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. The nanny must be flexible to occasionally come in early or stay late on Mondays and Fridays with advance notice.

The best nanny for this family would be dependable, proactive, organized, and an open communicator who takes initiative and genuinely enjoys engaging with young children. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can create a structured, nurturing, and screen-free environment focused on learning, development, and active play.

This family is seeking a nanny who is passionate about supporting developmental milestones through educational play, hands-on activities, and consistent routines.   • Unloading/loading dishwasher, and sanitizing bottles and pump parts
  • Wiping down kitchen counters
  • Grocery shopping for kid's meals/snacks as needed
  • Sanitizing toys and frequently used surfaces by the children
  • Keeping play areas organized
  • Restocking diapers
  • Emptying the diaper pail
  • Simple package return on occasion

Qualifications:

  • Have at least 3 years of professional nanny experience
  • Have a college degree or equivalent experience
  • Have a professional resume
