Day-to-Day Duties
  • Work in the Wealth Management/Investment Banking domain.
  • Handle various types of Mutual Funds, including Unitised, Private Equity, Monthly series, and daily and monthly funds.
  • Manage the Mutual Fund income cycle, including income pre-balancing and posting tasks.
  • Reconcile internal books/accounts with Transfer agents, Custodians, and Third Party Investment Managers.
  • Address and resolve client queries in a timely manner.
  • Participate in audits (internal and external) and contribute to the Risk and Control framework.
  • Implement automation and transformation ideas and initiatives.
Skills Required
  • Strong knowledge of all types of Mutual Funds.
  • Understanding of the risks associated with the Mutual Fund Income process.
  • Hands-on experience with Mutual Fund Income, equalisation, and required documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Ability to work independently within strict deadlines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Experience with applications like Trust Desk and Addvantage is an added advantage.
