Schedule is Monday - Thursday 9am-5:30pm, Friday 8:30-5pm
Summary for Customer Service Representative
Work with the clients and mutual creditors of Consolidated Credit Solutions in the areas of consumer credit and personal finance. Consolidated Credit, a non-profit organization, is a 30-year industry leader providing financial counseling and debt management services nationwide.
Consolidated Credit works with consumers and their creditors to lower interest rates, lower monthly payments to help clients get out of debt faster. You can be part of this team working in a fast paced, multi-channel contact center and make a difference every day.
Role Description for Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with clients and creditors via phone calls, chats, emails and portal communication assisting them with their questions and providing solutions to any problems they may encounter.
What to Expect:
  • Processing caller requests.
  • Helping callers understand account information.
  • Providing issue resolution.
  • Send educational material that are responsive to our callers' needs.
  • Resolves all follow-up items, including issues related to delinquencies, payoffs and refunds.
  • Resolve creditor & or caller inquiries by making outbound calls.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
  • Handle Customer Service issues for clients.
  • Paid Training

Minimum Requirements for Customer Service Representative
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong people skills and be able to communicate effectively
  • Knowledge and use of PC Systems and MS Office applications is a must
  • Ability to work independently
  • Self-motivated, willingness to constantly improve
  • Attention to detail and be able to multi-task and prioritize work on a daily basis
  • This position is in office
  • Bilingual French a plus
