JOB DESCRIPTION: Looking for a Part-Time Music Teacher. All instruments are welcome to apply. Actively looking for Piano and Voice Teachers with a full schedule of students available on Friday and Saturday starting late July.
Music Teachers are responsible for performing a variety of duties related to the relationship of the student experience, which includes introducing instrument techniques, scales, sight-reading, note reading, rhythm, group play and performance, metronome practice, recital prep, and music theory. Preparing students for auditions, live performances, recitals, college applications, and a life filled with music.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:*
Knowledge of a musical instrument
Love of children
College-level musical education
Clear background checks
All teachers must have a basic understanding of Primer-level piano.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: From $25.00 per hour, with the potential for higher rates.
