Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated full-time sales Support Intern to assist with sales and marketing operations, focusing on managing sales data, supporting administrative processes, and enabling effective communication across sales and cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on opportunity to build real-world experience while contributing to a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Pay range: $22-$28 per hour

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Data Entry

  • Data Input: Input customer project information (accounts, contacts, opportunities, quotes) obtained from forms or spreadsheets into Salesforce CRM database accurately and comprehensively
  • Data Verification: Collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies and obtain further information for incomplete records
  • Data Integrity: Ensure consistency, quality and accuracy of all information entered
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain files and spreadsheets to establish a record of original documents
  • Report Generation: Ensure the timely and accurate input of data records
 Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications)
  • Prior experience in a data entry or administrative support role
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)  
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a proactive, hands-on-approach
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Work Requirements

  • Must be 18 years in age or older
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
  • Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
  • Willingness to work independently within a team environment and assist the team with other duties as required
