Ad Video Editor

The Ad/Traffic Video Editor position is responsible for taking ideas from our Marketing

Director and Digital Marketing Managers to curate high quality video for social posts,

advertisements, and more. In this role, you will be responsible for developing creative

approaches as well as taking direction to convey brand messaging, and creating visually

compelling digital video graphics to tell a cohesive story.


Responsibilities

● Editing, creating, collaborating, and preparing for distribution top notch Ad content that

is optimized for social media and other platforms with current best practices

● Develop successful promotional content for digital platforms that are conversion driven

● Cohesively tell a story through NLE (non-linear editing) using video, graphics, music, and

sound design

● Collaborate with internal team members to establish the desired feel and look of video

content

● Operate computer editing softwares and equipment used for video content creation

● Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video's creation

● Improve video and sound quality using various video softwares

● Edit raw and re-purposed video to include preselected music, interviews, sound clips

and other important aspects of the project

● Ensure correct formatting and presentation for finalized videos according to

specifications

● Staying current with industry trends and emerging techniques in video production and

successful ad campaigns


Requirements

● 5 years + experience in professional video editing

● Advanced level of knowledge in the Adobe Creative Suite is mandatory, particularly

Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects

● Color grading knowledge

● Animation and Motion Graphics experience

● Ability to work on multiple projects and able to delegate their time accordingly

● Audio postproduction

● Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects
