Job description

The Coordinator handles most administrative tasks and responsibilities for the NFL Films Original Music Library and assist team members in the process of music reporting.
Responsibilities
Handle NFL music production library functions including:
  • Copyright, performance, and mechanical society registrations
  • Metadata and audio asset deliveries to music distribution and content management systems
  • Data analysis and income tracking for all NFL-owned copyrights domestically and internationally
  • Royalty processing and preparation of quarterly statements
  • Maintain and populate a variety of shared internal documents
  • Interface directly with domestic collection agencies and international sub-publishers
  • Interface with composers, co-publishers, licensees and broadcast partners
  • Prepare direct licenses and invoice deliveries
  • Complete specific recurring data-driven projects annually
  • Maintain library data and generate music use reporting (including music cue sheets) within a variety of internal systems
  • Train and supervise administrative projects for new hires/interns

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree - Data Management, Data Analytics, Statistics or Computer Science
  • 2+ years of experience with Music Publishing, labels, DISCO, current music trends, EXCEL, Word, various music databases and familiarity with music laws, union and related issues
  • Extreme attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills
  • Advanced MS Excel proficiency
  • Extensive knowledge/experience using MS Power BI
  • Passion for technology

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Music Industry/Administration
  • Knowledge and experience with royalties/income tracking
  • Music Production Library or Film/TV experience
  • Excellent communication skills
