No two days are the same as a substitute, but every day you'll help create a positive, engaging environment where young children can learn, explore, and have fun.

The ideal candidate has specific days of open availability, consistent blocks of morning availability, or consistent blocks of afternoon availability.

Why This Role is Great
  • Flexible scheduling that works around your life

  • Maintain licensing and safety requirements
  • Assist with required assessments and observations when applicable

  • Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
  • Engage children in fun, safe, and developmentally appropriate activities

Requirements

  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience working with children ages 0-13 (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to be flexible and available to pick up shifts as needed
  • Comfortable working with different age groups depending on the needs of the school
  • Reliable transportation to travel to assigned school locations when scheduled
  • Willing to train!

Benefits

Salary Range: $12.50 - $20.50 / hour (based on experience, qualifications, and precise position)

We believe great educators deserve great support! Even in flexible or part-time roles, we offer a variety of perks to help you grow and succeed.

Benefits available to all team members include:

    • Eligibility for scholarships to support your education
    • Access to a 529 College Savings Plan
