JOB SUMMARY

As a Senior Software Developer, you will design and develop high-performance C++ system components on Linux, with Bash-based automation and integration with cloud services, ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficient troubleshooting.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Design and implement high-performance system components and services in C++ for Linux-based environments with integration into cloud infrastructure
  • Develop low-level system utilities, daemons, and service components with strong emphasis on performance, reliability, and maintainability
  • Build and maintain automation and tooling using Bash scripting for system bring-up, configuration, and diagnostics
  • Design and document technical solutions and architectures based on functional and non-functional requirements
  • Integrate application logic with cloud services (e.g., storage, APIs) while maintaining efficient local system behavior
  • Lead system bring-up and platform initialization, including debugging boot-time and runtime issues
  • Develop cross-platform components where required, ensuring compatibility across Linux and other environments
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues across application, OS, and cloud interaction layers
  • Optimize performance, memory usage, and system resource utilization in production environments
  • Produce clear technical documentation including design specs, interface definitions, and troubleshooting guides


WHO YOU ARE:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in test automation development and execution.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and Bash scripting.
  • Experience with Python Django development for building or supporting backend services.
  • Proven experience with at least two different automation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD and development tools, including JIRA, Git, GitLab, and Jenkins.
  • Solid understanding of network technologies and protocols (TCP/IP).
  • Familiarity with network storage solutions (e.g., NAS, SAN, distributed storage systems).
  • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Strong experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test frameworks.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills with high attention to details.
  • Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

DESIRABLE TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Experience with tools like Docker, MSVS, Xcode, PyCharm, make, CMake, Ant.
  • Experience with Cloud Infrastructure: Azure, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes.


Salary Range: MIN 136,382.40 to MAX 204,573.60 PLN/Annual
