About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and motivated Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a fast-paced music industry environment. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone passionate about music, live events, artists, and entertainment who is looking to build a long-term career in the industry.
The Executive Assistant will play a key role in helping manage the CEO's day-to-day operations, communications, scheduling, and priorities while supporting broader company initiatives and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
- Organize travel, accommodations, itineraries, and logistics
- Prepare meeting notes, agendas, follow-ups, and action items
- Help prioritize tasks and maintain organization across multiple projects
- Organize documents, assets, spreadsheets, and internal systems
- Assist with presentations, research, and administrative projects
- Provide day-to-day operational and personal administrative support to the CEO
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Support ad hoc tasks, urgent requests, and evolving business needs as they arise
Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a BA/BSc degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to remain calm and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Strong sense of professionalism, discretion, and reliability

Requirements
- Must be based in downtown Toronto or the immediate city area
- Must be available to work in-office 5 days per week
