Failing to do so will result in automatic rejection of your application.***Cornerstone Church is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Worship Leader to join our Creative Arts team. This role is designed for a gifted leader who thrives in dynamic environments, values excellence, and can help lead meaningful worship experiences for a fast-growing church.

Position Details

  • Part-Time (20–29 hours per week)
  • 46 weekends per year
  • 1 required office day per week
  • Participation in all Tier 1 church events, including:
    • Easter Services
    • Christmas Services
    • S2 Conference
    • Women’s Conference
Essential duties and responsibilities…
Leading Worship
  • Lead worship on the weekends at a Cornerstone campus.
  • Lead worship in additional ministries during the week as needed
Staff and Volunteer Development
  • Recruit, develop, schedule and lead volunteers.
  • Oversee the worship experience and develop band members for various ministries.
Service Programming
  • Assist in weekly service musical programming.
  • Creatively work with the Music Director to create custom song arrangements, original songs and click tracks.

Required Experience
To be considered for this role, applicants must:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years of worship leading experience in a church of 4,000 or more attendees
  • Submit a video of themselves actively leading worship in a church of 4,000 or more
