How You'll Make an Impact:

We are seeking a strategic and technically fluent Senior Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our audience targeting capabilities. This role will focus on building solutions that enhance ad relevance, campaign performance, and advertiser ROI by leveraging first-party data, third-party integrations, and advanced audience modeling. 

This role is critical in helping advertisers reach the right audiences at the right moments, with greater precision, scale, and effectiveness. You'll define and drive initiatives that transform SiriusXM's vast data assets, including first-party listener data, behavioral insights, content metadata, and third-party integrations (Data Clean Rooms, Vendor DMPs, Client Direct) into actionable, privacy-friendly targeting capabilities. Your work will directly enable advertisers to reach and engage the right audiences through data-driven targeting capabilities to drive revenue and improve campaign outcomes.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, sales, marketing, and legal to develop innovative data products that enable granular targeting, real-time personalization, and advanced measurement. Additionally, you'll interface with external partners to enhance our data graph, improve addressability, and support identity resolution across channels and platforms.

What you'll do:

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and execution for SiriusXM's data-driven ad targeting capabilities.

  • Define scalable, privacy-forward targeting products that leverage first-party behavioral data, contextual signals, demographics, and location intelligence.

  • Lead the design of audience creation and activation workflows in partnership with Data Science, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Legal.

  • Evaluate and integrate third-party data sources and targeting partners to enhance addressability and reach

  • Establish KPIs for targeting effectiveness, delivery efficiency, and monetization impact; use data to inform decisions.

  • Stay current on industry trends, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and competitive offerings in digital audio, programmatic advertising, and identity solutions.

  • Represent SiriusXM as a thought leader on data-driven advertising strategies and the future of addressable audio.

  • Own and maintain a multi-year product roadmap for audience targeting capabilities aligned to advertising revenue growth objectives.

  • Drive prioritization decisions across multiple stakeholder groups, balancing technical investments, commercial opportunities, and customer outcomes.

  • Establish measurable business outcomes tied to advertiser performance, audience addressability, campaign effectiveness, and monetization growth.

What you'll need:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 4 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience with a strong focus on advertising technology, data products, or programmatic platforms.

  • Deep understanding of digital advertising, audience targeting, identity resolution, and DMP/CDP ecosystems.

  • Proven ability to work with engineering and data science teams to develop machine-learning-powered targeting solutions.

  • Experience with third-party data providers, measurement platforms, and identity graphs.

  • Excellent communicator with strong analytical thinking and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ownership of complex product initiatives from strategy through launch and optimization in highly matrixed environments.

  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $100,000 to $160,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
