Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 10:00AM – 5:00PM and Friday 8:00AM - 1:00PM

The Inside Sales Associate plays a vital role in boosting revenue by adeptly conveying the value of products or services to potential customers and fostering relationships throughout the sales process.

Role and Responsibilities

· Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients

· Respond to incoming calls and emails from prospective dealers

· Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support

· Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources

· Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information

· Presenting and delivering information to potential clients

· Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions

· Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics

· Enters dealer orders promptly into CRM for processing

· Follow up with dealer post sales to ensure customer satisfaction

· Achieve sales and metric goals

· Obtain and maintains a high level of knowledge regarding product

· Performs other duties as assigned

Experience in musical accessories and instrument related sales or sales support role

Experience with and deep knowledge of guitars, basses and accessories

· Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people throughout the day

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers

· Persuasive and goal-oriented

· Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor

· Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories

· Self-motivated and self-directed

· Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

· In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry

· Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client

· Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

· Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred

· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM experience preferred
