About Music Made Academy
Music Made Academy is a growing, faith-based music school in Vancouver, WA. Our mission is to provide high-quality music education in a positive, encouraging environment while helping students develop both musically and personally. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dependable music instructor who loves teaching and enjoys working with students of all ages.
Responsibilities
Teach engaging one-on-one music lessons.
Develop lesson plans tailored to each student's goals and ability level.
Encourage consistent practice and celebrate student progress.
Communicate professionally with students and parents.
Keep lesson notes and attendance up to date.
Participate in recitals and occasional academy events.
Represent Music Made Academy with professionalism and kindness.
Preferred Qualifications
We are looking for instructors who can teach multiple instruments. Ideal candidates can teach two or more of the following:
Applicants should have:
Previous teaching experience (private lessons, classrooms, churches, volunteer settings, or similar)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A patient and encouraging teaching style
Reliability and professionalism
The ability to adapt lessons to different ages and learning styles
Formal music degrees are appreciated but not required. We value excellent musicians who are passionate about teaching and helping students grow.
