The Content Creator will be a key member of our digital marketing team, working across the full AWAL catalogue of artists with a special focus on creating content for Latin region and other diaspora communities within the US.  Your main objective is to generate interest and ultimately streams for our artists, doing so by creating and distributing engaging and sticky content on social media and driving dialogue about your content and the music connected to it.  You must be deeply familiar with Latin music and other global music scenes to succeed in this role. You will have the flexibility to identify the trends you are most excited about, create the content you think will most resonate, and pick the music from AWAL that is the best fit. You will be responsible for strategizing on the best ways and places to distribute that content and for executing on that strategy. In a nutshell, we are looking for someone who is already creating and distributing content through socials, deeply passionate about building a career in music, self-driven in executing strategies that support our artists, and globally minded.
