Job Description

We're looking for a strategic, creative Content Marketing Manager to develop and execute the company's content strategy across written, social, and video channels. This role will own content planning and production to grow brand awareness and deliver KPI-driven campaigns that support company goals. The Content Marketing Manager will directly manage a Social Media Coordinator and a Video Production Coordinator, and will partner cross-functionally with product, growth, PR, and external contributors/partners.

Note: This position resides in-person at our corporate headquarters in Exton, PA.

Responsibilities

       Develop and execute an integrated content marketing strategy (social media, video, blog) that drives brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversions aligned to company KPIs.

       Develop the overall social media and influencer marketing strategy: identify and recruit influencers and creators, negotiate partnerships, run campaigns, and measure ROI.

       Develop the overall video and YouTube strategy: content plan (long-form, Shorts, series), publishing cadence, channel growth, SEO/GEO/AEO and metadata optimization, and cross-promotion with other channels.

       Manage and mentor direct reports: Social Media Coordinator and Video Production Coordinator - set objectives, review work, run performance check-ins, and support professional growth.

       Coordinate all written and video content involving guest contributors: outreach, onboarding, editorial guidelines, content briefs, rights/usage agreements, and quality control.

       Work with the Video Production Coordinator to develop efficient production workflows (from brief to publish) ensuring high production value and on-time delivery.

       Align content with paid campaigns and growth initiatives; collaborate with paid media and growth teams on creative testing and KPI tracking.

       Track, analyze, and report content performance using data-driven insights; iterate on strategy based on engagement, conversion metrics, and audience behavior.

       Manage content-related budgets (influencer payments, production costs, content tools) and optimize spend for impact.

What Success Looks Like:

       Increase reach and followers for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts.

       Increase followers and average watch time for YouTube channel.

       Increase social media attributed traffic to website.

       Increase attributed revenue for YouTube paid campaigns.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

       5+ years experience in content marketing, social media, or digital marketing, with at least 2 years managing direct reports or cross-functional teams.

       Proven track record developing and executing successful social media strategies across multiple platforms that drive measurable growth in reach, engagement, followers, and business KPIs. See additional application questions for more details.

       Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, social analytics platforms) to measure and optimize performance.

       Excellent project management skills and experience managing video production workflows.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

       Demonstrated expertise designing and running end-to-end influencer marketing programs: creator identification and outreach, campaign briefs, contracting/permissions, creative collaboration, tracking, and ROI measurement.

       Knowledge of YouTube strategy and hands-on familiarity with YouTube Studio, analytics, and video content best practices.

       Solid editorial judgment and experience coordinating written content and guest contributors, ensuring consistent voice, quality, and rights/usage management.

       Knowledge of required name/likeness permissions and parental/individual consent for marketing content.

       Music or music education background a plus
