The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Enterprise Systems, Platform & Innovation – Remote | Executive Leadership | Volunteer C-Suite Role

We’re building — and technology must lead it. The Donovan’s Venom is evolving across programs, platforms, media, and products. All of it depends on one thing: Technology that connects, scales, and sustains it.

We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to define and lead the organization’s technology vision, architecture, and execution. Because without the right foundation—nothing scales.

The Role

This is the executive leader responsible for owning the entire technology ecosystem. From infrastructure → platforms → applications → security → innovation — you define it. You are not just overseeing systems. You are building the backbone of the organization. This role operates at the highest level of leadership, ensuring technology drives growth, enables innovation, and supports every division across the organization.

Technology Organization Leadership

Security & Risk Management

  • Oversee cybersecurity strategy and implementation
  • Data protection and risk mitigation
  • Secure system design

Innovation & Emerging Technology

Systems Integration & Scalability

  • Ensure all systems connect seamlessly and scale effectively
