r.World Reuse has successfully diverted over 25 million single-use products from landfills through the implementation of our high-quality, reusable cup systems at major live events, concerts, and festivals. Driven by a passionate team of music enthusiasts and sustainability advocates like you, our core mission is to eradicate single-use waste and prevent millions of megatons of plastic waste from contaminating and overwhelming our planet's delicate ecosystems.


Who we need:


We're looking for a reliable, organized, and safety-conscious Driver/ Tech to join our warehouse team. Reporting to the Operations Manager and/or Director, this role involves handling the washing, delivery, and collection of reusable products using our specialized 26ft box truck equipped with a hydraulic lift gate as needed. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of promoting sustainability and reducing waste in event spaces.


What You’ll Do:


  • Safely and carefully load or unload product cases from box trucks.
  • Execute delivery routes using company vehicles and company r.Turn App, adhering strictly to safety guidelines and traffic regulations.
  • Partner with the Operations Director and/ or Manager during client pickups and deliveries.
  • Optimize delivery workflows by mastering local routes and operational checklists.
  • Serve as a professional representative of r.World during all customer interactions.
  • Sort, wash, and sanitize dirty cups utilizing commercial dishwashing equipment.
  • Conduct thorough quality control checks before packing and organizing clean items for client dispatch.
  • Provide general assistance during wash cycles as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and promptly escalate operational issues.
  • Help maintain, clean, and inspect equipment and work areas to guarantee proper function prior to customer delivery.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness for both facility spaces and assigned company vehicles.


What You’ve Done:


  • 3+ years of professional 26ft box truck driving experience.
  • Valid driver's license with clean record (CDL preferred).
  • Safe long-distance driving in varied weather.
  • Ability to pass DOT medical exam (Required).
  • Strong safety commitment and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency with pallet jacks, straps, wrap, and GPS systems.
  • Basic vehicle maintenance, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and effective communicator.
  • Flexible availability for weekends and holidays.
  • Positive, adaptable team player who thrives under pressure.
