PositionOverview

The Production & CommunityEngagement Intern supports the planning, production, and execution ofAlbuquerque Museum's monthly Third Thursday programs. This position offershands-on experience in museum programming, community engagement, eventproduction, arts administration, and creative project management.

The ideal candidate is organized,dependable, curious, and enjoys working with people. They thrive in a varietyof environments, from independent desk work and creative group brainstorming tothe fast-paced energy of large public events. Students interested in museums,theater, arts administration, education, design, communications, or communityorganizing are encouraged to apply.

This internship follows a consistentmonthly rhythm, making it an excellent opportunity for students who appreciatepredictable project cycles while still enjoying creative, people-centered work.
