BRMi is seeking a Technical Product Analyst to Lead the integration and delivery of complex systems software solutions while driving cross-functional technical programs and supporting product analysis activities that enable enterprise technology initiatives.
Combine systems solution delivery expertise with product ownership, program execution, and product analysis responsibilities to ensure scalable, reliable, and business-aligned technology solutions. Partner with technical and business teams to translate strategic objectives into executable delivery plans, well-defined requirements, and integrated system solutions.
Operate with minimal supervision while influencing delivery, solution design, product clarity, and program outcomes across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities
  • Systems Delivery & Operational Excellence
    • Lead the delivery, ongoing maintenance, and alignment of system solutions across Security and Fraud systems.
    • Develop and implement system monitoring plans to proactively prevent service disruptions and ensure system reliability, availability, and operational stability.
    • Troubleshoot system issues and lead cross-functional teams through resolution efforts.
    • Conduct root cause analyses and recommend corrective actions and long-term improvements.
    • Identify gaps in processes, controls, and documentation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Product Ownership & Business Analysis
    • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
    • Ensure requirements traceability from intake through delivery and validation.
    • Maintain a well-groomed product backlog with clear priorities and aligned scope.
    • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are actionable, aligned with business objectives, and deliver measurable value.
  • Program & Stakeholder Management
    • Build strong partnerships with engineering, product, and business stakeholders while contributing to broader portfolio delivery.
    • Identify, manage, and communicate dependencies and risks early, along with clear mitigation plans.
    • Assist in developing and maintaining program roadmaps, delivery plans, and business value tracking.
    • Support business case development, investment planning, and prioritization activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Experience managing large, complex initiatives or projects, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and SAFe, with experience planning, tracking, and reporting project progress.
  • Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements.
  • Experience managing product backlogs and supporting product delivery.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Five or more years of experience supporting or leading technical programs, product delivery, or both.

Desired:
  • Experience documenting workflows using tools such as Mural or Visio.
  • Experience using Azure Boards within Azure DevOps for backlog management, roadmap planning, and sprint tracking.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, SAFe Agilist, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent.
