Description
Artheon is seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Civil Engineer to join our team in Neptune, NJ. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects in land development, infrastructure design, and municipal engineering. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, creativity, and a collaborative spirit to deliver high-quality design solutions.

With expertise spanning civil/site engineering, environmental permitting, transportation infrastructure, construction management, and advanced surveying technologies, we are committed to delivering high-quality, timely solutions to local, state, and federal clients.
Responsibilities
Design and Drafting:
  • Develop civil engineering designs, including site layouts, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadways using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D).

Permitting and Compliance:
  • Prepare and submit permit applications to local, state, and federal agencies, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards

Project Collaboration:
  • Work closely with project managers, surveyors, and other engineering disciplines to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.

Technical Reports:
  • Create engineering reports, feasibility studies, and calculations to support project design and decision-making.

Qualifications
Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in civil engineering design, preferably in land development or municipal projects.

Technical Proficiency:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant engineering software; knowledge of stormwater management software is a plus

Licensing:
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required; Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus or a willingness to obtain it.

Skills:
