Grace Harbour is a private outpatient mental health practice with staff in Georgia and South Carolina dedicated to enhancing the lives of our clients, strengthening families, and instilling hope in tomorrow. We are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Our team of clinicians have extensive training and experience working with clients of all ages in individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy.

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Multisystemic Therapist to join our Multisystemic Therapy team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. If you are inspired to make a difference, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

• Deliver individualized therapy to youth and families in home, school, and community settings, using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach.
• Engage family members in therapy and support their involvement in the treatment process, emphasizing communication, problem-solving, and positive parenting techniques.
• Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care and support for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to families dealing with immediate issues or emergencies, while ensuring safety and stability.
• Be an integral part of a team-orientated environment.
• Participate in initial and ongoing training, supervision, and team case staffing.

This role is compensated on a salaried basis, providing consistent earnings aligned with the responsibilities and expectations of the position.

• Compensation: $51,993 - $73,494

Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience.

• Provide in-home, school, and community-based therapy to youth and their families.
• Work closely with families, schools, and community partners to support positive outcomes.
• Be part of a supportive, team-oriented environment with ongoing training and supervision.
• Make a meaningful difference by helping families overcome challenges and build lasting strengths.

• Provide individual and family therapy using a strengths-based approach.
• Support families by teaching communication, problem-solving, and parenting skills.
• Work with schools and community partners to coordinate client care.
• Respond to crisis situations and help ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

• Candidates possessing a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a closely related field.

Licenses & Certifications:

• Qualified Professional 
• License Eligible ( LMSW, LAPC, LAMFT)
• Full License (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

• Experience working with youth and families.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with individuals and families.
