Job description


We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Volume Recruiter to lead and execute high-volume hiring strategies. This role is critical to scaling our workforce efficiently and effectively, ensuring top-tier candidate experiences, and delivering on fast-paced hiring goals. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, manages multiple requisitions, and builds strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Position Details:
  • Hourly position based upon experience & skill level
  • Contract with possible contract extension or hire
  • Standard work hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Location: Fully Onsite - Headquarters office - 2701 North Dallas Parkway, Suite #510, Plano, TX 75093

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of roles across multiple locations.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment efforts to meet aggressive staffing goals.
  • Develop and execute high-impact sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, community outreach, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates quickly to support business needs.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reporting on hiring metrics, funnel progress, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire.
  • Coordinate and participate in high-volume hiring events, open houses, and job fairs as needed.
  • Champion a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle data center recruiting, with at least 2 years in high-volume (30-60 hires per month) recruitment.
  • Recruiting for Data Center cabling/network construction highly desired
  • Prefer knowledge of terminology such as Division 27, ITC, ISP/OSP, fiber, structured cabling, data center mission critical environments
  • Proven track record of filling large volumes of roles under tight timelines.
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
