Diagnostic Radiologist

Baptist Memorial Health System is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Diagnostic Radiologists to join our growing, multi-hospital radiology service line across Mississippi. We offer flexible practice models with opportunities for both onsite and remote coverage, competitive compensation, and a strong clinical infrastructure.

As a Diagnostic Radiologist with Baptist Memorial Health System, you will provide comprehensive imaging interpretation services across a network of hospitals and outpatient facilities. Opportunities include a fully onsite role, hybrid model, or remote teleradiology position depending on preference and experience.

Our system offers a collaborative environment with strong administrative and IT support, allowing physicians to focus on high-quality patient care.

Practice highlights include coverage across multiple Baptist Memorial hospitals in Mississippi, flexible scheduling options, modern imaging platforms and enterprise PACS, a strong referral base with high, consistent volume, subspecialty interests welcome, efficient workflow and robust IT infrastructure, and a collaborative radiology team and system-wide clinical support.

Responsibilities include interpreting a broad range of diagnostic imaging studies including CT, MRI, ultrasound, X-ray, nuclear medicine (if applicable), participating in general radiology coverage and call rotation (onsite or remote), collaborating with referring physicians and clinical teams, maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and reporting standards, and optional procedural work depending on location and preference.

Qualifications include MD or DO, board certified or board eligible in diagnostic radiology, eligible for Mississippi medical licensure, a strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care, and fellowship training welcome but not required.
