About the Role
We're seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer with strong Unreal Engine expertise and a full-stack technical skillset. The ideal candidate has meaningful experience in console development and/or porting (Xbox, PlayStation, Switch) and is comfortable owning features end-to-end. • Operate as a full-stack engineer: contribute to gameplay code, tools, build/CI improvements, and runtime systems as needed.

  • Collaborate with the Technical Director on architecture decisions, performance budgets, and risk assessment.

  • Work closely with design, art, and production to estimate tasks, scope technical needs, and maintain alignment across disciplines.

  • Conduct code reviews, uphold engineering standards, and contribute to improving workflows and pipelines.

  • Experience with Ark ASA or Atlas Modkit environments.

  • Multiplayer networking, matchmaking, backend services, or online systems experience.

  • Prior experience with console certification, compliance, or first-party submission processes.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, crash/metrics systems, or dev-ops tooling.

  • Experience shipping titles on multiple platforms or working on porting houses/co-dev teams.

Salary Range:

$105,000 - $135,000 Annually
