As a Relationship Executive in the Multinational Corporations group, you will be the focal point of client acquisition and ongoing relationships. Multinational bankers work closely with product partners, Corporate Client Banking, Global Corporate Banking, andCore,therefore our ideal candidateexhibitsa strong interest in cross border businesses, cultural sensitivity, a commitment to teamwork and partnership, and exceptional work ethic and attention to detail.

The Multinational Corporation team within the Commercial and Specialized Industry space manages J.P. Morgan's overall relationships with North American subsidiaries of large corporations headquartered outside the United States, to solve problems for clients and help them to grow. We help our clients meet theirobjectivesand challenges in automation, risk management, working capital, and cash management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Find ways to further new client acquisition in partnership with the bankers

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Eight + years' direct lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships
  • Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
  • Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
  • Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work underpressureand meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate clearly and concisely
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability toestablishcredibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training preferred
  • Sales management, business development skills,proficiencyin building andmaintainingpositive client relationships
