Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited radiography program
- ARRT registered in Radiography
- ARRT registered in CT
- State radiographer license
- AHA Provider BLS/CPR certification required
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain active status in the modalities being practiced.
- Provide clinical leadership and assist with departmental projects and duties.
- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, providing necessary instructions.
- Operate imaging equipment effectively to perform procedures.
- Administer contrast media and maintain intravenous access as needed.
- Observe universal protocol and standard precautions to ensure patient safety.
