How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Clinical Imaging & Procedures: Accurately position patients and select technical parameters to perform diagnostic exams, assisting physicians with advanced clinical procedures.
  • Medication & Contrast Administration: Prepare and administer contrast media and medications in strict accordance with professional scope of practice and federal regulations.
  • Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Implement radiation protection and safety standards to ensure all department activities comply with regulatory agency requirements.
  • Quality Control & Data Management: Ensure the prompt submission of high-quality images to PACS, verifying patient data, lead markers, and departmental cleanliness.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • One or more of the following required:
    • Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.General Radiography is also required in addition to any specialty. State Radiology Technologist licensure issued by Wisconsin Radiography Examining Board required.
    • Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
