Job description

As the Multimedia/AV Technician, you will have a background in multimedia systems and AV support to support critical government and intelligence initiatives.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Set up and operate multimedia equipment including microphones, video projectors, monitors, and recording devices
  • Provide technical support for meetings, briefings, training sessions, and teleconferences
  • Ensure AV systems are fully functional, properly maintained, and compliant with safety protocols
  • Interpret customer needs to tailor technical solutions for presentations and events
  • Test and troubleshoot integrated visual and audio content across multiple platforms
  • Assist in the development and deployment of high-quality AV and multimedia solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure seamless event execution and technical readiness

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma/GED with 10 years, Associate's with 8 years, Bachelor's with 6 years, Master's with 4 years

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Proven expertise in AV systems and multimedia equipment operation
  • Strong troubleshooting, testing, and integration skills
  • Effective communication and independent problem-solving abilities
  • Experience supporting high-level executive or secure environments
