Multimedia Designer

Flagship Specialty Partners is seeking a talented and collaborative Multimedia Designer to help bring our brands to life across a wide range of channels and touchpoints.

In this role, you will serve as a key creative partner to marketing and stakeholders across the organization, translating strategic direction and business goals into thoughtful, high-quality visual solutions. From concept development through production and publishing, you will create designs and multimedia content that reflect our brand’s values, elevate our marketing and communications, and support our practices and partners.

This position blends creative problem-solving with strong project ownership, offering the opportunity to shape workflows, collaborate with internal and external partners, and deliver impactful creative across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.

What You Will Do

Creative & Project Leadership

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for creative projects, partnering with stakeholders to develop concepts and deliver high-quality, brand-aligned solutions
  • Translate strategic direction into effective design concepts and visual executions across a variety of media

Design & Creative Execution

  • Develop brand assets, visual designs, and website page layouts that enhance audience experience and maintain brand consistency across touchpoints
  • Create visual layouts, graphics, and multimedia assets for use in digital marketing, print collateral, signage, email, presentations, and advertising
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content is effectively deployed and aligned with campaign objectives

Multimedia Content Creation

  • Plan and execute photo and video shoots at practice locations and events including setup, lighting, and composition
  • Direct and capture content, working with providers, teams, and patients to produce authentic, brand-aligned visuals and media
  • Edit and produce high-quality, professional-grade video and photography for use across websites, social media, and marketing campaigns
  • Prepare and format content for distribution across channels, optimizing for platform-specific requirements


Systems & Asset Management

  • Maintain content management systems, databases, and storefronts with current creative assets and materials
  • Organize and manage a centralized library of brand assets, including designs, collateral, photography and video

Collaboration & Operations

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, practice managers, and providers
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and overall creative efficiency

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 4+ years of professional graphic or multimedia design experience, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, brand-aligned design, and execution across digital, print, and multimedia formats
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and familiarity with motion, video, or animation tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience gathering requirements and incorporating feedback from diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in healthcare, professional services, or other highly regulated or complex industries preferred
